I saw some info about Brink a while ago and thought the art style looks amazing!! However, I immediately made the assumption ahhh… great art, therefore this is a single player console-centric game.
So I’m pretty excited now to find out I was wrong! Brink will support 8v8 online multiplayer (public and friends-only matches) with seamless drop-in-and-out matchmaking (similar to TF2). I’m hesitant to even suggest such a thing so early on, but — knock on wood — this might just be one of those games we find as fun and flexible as TF2?
And this might be a game-changer for other reasons, it uses an intelligent movement system to bring more natural action to FPS.
Tentatively slated for release in September, it’s another game we’ll have to wait for, but my feeling is that Brink will be worth the wait.

Introducing Who Dat Ninja… members who haven’t configured an avatar now get who dat ninja for free!
If you would like to choose a different avatar, please sign up for a Gravatar account using the same email address that is associated with your account here at clansnap.com.
There’s a selection of avatars to choose from in the member’s only section, or create or import your own avatar from elsewhere! (Let me know if you have ideas/requests for a special avatar, or avatars from a game/show/movie etc.)
Also worth noting, if you give yourself a bio it will appear atop your member profile page. More member profile features to come in a future update (to fill that gap in your widescreen monitor).

Well it wasn’t pretty, but it was grey, and that’s gotta count for something! I’m sure you’ve noticed, it’s gone!! Replaced by a younger, darker grey model.
The driver for this redesign was to bring focus back to the most important elements… the content. Over the past 2 years your posts and comments are what have made this site great (IMHO), so it’s about time they took centre stage!
Shout out to Dr Zorr for his ideas and inspiration. Other influences include Crysis and Steam 2010.
More changes to come in future, including selectable skins and improved profile pages. For now, take a look around, it’s not too different. All feedback and suggestions welcome!
PS Site works best in good browsers (also in this great browser).
