I have heard of “International Talk Like a Pirate Day” but not “International Talk Like a Sexually Confused German Day”.
Any comparison to ZP I have to take as a compliment, but let’s put it in perspective: I’m using Garry’s Mod to create a story about a Medic and a Heavy, some similarity is to be expected
Furthermore, the bit was a nod to a running gag from Arrested Development (BTW: Best. Show. Ever!) which itself is a nod to A Charlie Brown Christmas Special.
But yes, worst accent ever, I know. Whaddayagonnado?
